Need quick and healthy snack ideas?  Well, here’s a few to get your healthy on:

Hard-boiled eggs, unsalted raw nuts (not roasted or roasted),  apple slices, celery,  or bananas drizzled with natural  (freshly ground) almond butter

Purchase some whole-grain crackers & spread a little  sunflower-seed butter. 

Lastly, slice cucumbers and add a dallop of Greek yogurt on top.
