Tomatoes  & Avocados 

Raw Vegan Non cooked  5 or less ingredient recipes.

I enjoy preparing meals for mt family, but I don’t like recipes with a long list of ingredients or steps.

Healthy meals can be quick and easy too.

My husband and I are still on the dherbs cleanse;therefore, I have to get creative so our meals aren’t so boring  

Here is a quick and easy revipe that I made today.  

Tomatoes and Avocado Mix


  • 10 Mini Tomatoes
  • 1 medium or large avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Salt/pepper
  • Olive oil


Dice tomatoes and Avocado into small chunks. Squeeze moderate anount of lime juice on mix, Salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with a little olive  oil.  Mix and serve.

This is an easy, but extremely good pairing.
