This salad was delicious. While scouring the internet for healthy Flexitarian dishes, we found this filling salad. It contains real bacon so you might want to omit the bacon, but we left it in simply for added taste.

This salad was super good. The Kale was amazing. Kale is a super food we must continue adding to our daily routine.
Add a little more dressing depending upon how much kale is used.
- dried cranberries & blueberries
- Fresh ground pepper
- Small piece Salmon on top (about the 2″ in size)
