0.5 ounces x Body Weight in Pounds = Daily Fluid Requirement in ounce.
An example:
if you weigh 160lbs – 160 X 0.5 = 80 fl. oz of water a day.
Take the 80 oz and Divide by 8 = 10 glasses per day
