What’s hiding in that Smoothie

Smoothies can be a terrific and sneaky way of getting your family/kids to get their daily nutrients of fruits.  My favorite part of preparing smoothies for my children is that I can add veggies and even beans  that they may not ordinarily eat by themselves.

Yes, you can add almost disguise almost any veggie when mixed in with a bunch of yummy frozen fruit.
