I’ve heard many people who want to lose weight say, “I don’t eat a lot.” Well, guess what, you need to eat in order to lose weight effectively. Your body is starving for nutrition so you need to feed it nutrients. Remember, nutrients are those things that are found in the food. Our body doesn’t need cake, sugar, shakes, or all the yummy stuff we want to feed it. Our body is starving for nutrients.

Those sugary foods taste great, but we don’t need them. I do feel it’s ok to treat your body every once in a while. YOLO, oh wait, the young people don’t’ use that too much anymore do they?
