
Day 3 was a normal day. No explosions, just a lot of #1 bathroom trips.
I finally decided to weigh in and to my surprise., I actually lost 7.4 lbs. WOW , I’m elated. It’s only been 3 days since we started the Dherbs cleanse. One “cavet emptor” I’d like to add is that I started testing out some of the recipes last week. I still ate my bornal food, which isn’t bad, but not all healthy. However, 7.4 lbs is HUGE to me.
I have lots of energy. I want to nap, but I’m not tired. I don’t feel bogged down either.
