Lift weights to lose weight

Some people won’t explain the complete truth about what it takes to lose weight.  One truth is very simple, you need to incorporate weights into your work out routine.

Use weights at least three times a week. There’s no need for heavy weights unless you are trying to build muscle.

Less weights, but more reps will help you tone and firm your body.
