Water Calculation

Here is an Easy calculation to find out how much water you should drink on a daily basis:

0.5 ounces x Body Weight in Pounds = Daily Fluid Requirement in ounce.

An example:

if you weigh 160lbs – 160 X 0.5 = 80 fl. oz of water a day.  

Take the 80 oz and Divide by 8 = 10 glasses per day

The best way to fulfill your water drinking goal is to get a 60 oz. water bottle and set it at your desk
